Management
All the educators are French state graduates and/or Swiss Youth and Sport graduates. All the coaches meet the high level training requirements. The Servette Rugby Club Academy is composed of three categories: U15 Women, U16 and U19. Like the senior team, the U16 and U18 play in the French Championship. They can thus play in a competitive championship with a high frequency of matches in the Rhône-Alpes region. The Women will also be licensed under the FFR this season.
Objective
Servette Rugby Club wishes to offer to the young rugby players of Geneva area, an ambitious project and very good structure in Switzerland. The objective is to bring each player to his maximum potential while instilling the values of rugby. Three axes have been set up to reach this objective: • Improve each player individually on his resources.
• To develop the culture and values of rugby as well as to accompany the young people in their development and their learning of life.
• To offer a qualitative coaching and to allow the young people to integrate the regional and national selections.
