National U16
DETECT DAY : Wednesday 19th April 2023
14 and 15 year olds (born in 2008 and 2009)
Open to experienced players. The U16 play in the French National Championship.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
1) Collective training :
- Tuesday : Vessy Sports Center : from 6pm to 7:30pm
- Thursday: Vessy Sports Center: from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
2) Strength training (Muscular and athletic reinforcement)
- Monday: Geneva Stadium: from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Wednesday: Geneva Stadium: from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Friday: Geneva Stadium: from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
3) Possibility of additional training of individual technique by integrating our Pre-Training Center (on file).
- Wednesday: Vessy Sports Center: from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Saturday: Vessy Sports Center: from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, except on match weekends
4) Match and championship: Saturday
