Wednesday 2 - 3.15pm Centre sportif de Vessy: Skills training
Wednesday 15h30 - 16h30 Stade de Genève: Weight training
Jeudi 18h15 - 19h30 Complexe Henriette d'Angeville (Ferney-Voltaire) : Training open to all
Saturday 10h-11h30 Centre sportif de Vessy: Group training

Girls will be licensed under the FFR.

Competitions and matches

Resumption on August 16, 2023. 1 monthly meeting on the French side (Ain department) and on the Swiss side (Swiss Federation), on Saturday afternoons. Opportunity to take part in regional and national selections.

Category expectations

Develop girls' loyalty. Closer links with other U18 girls' sections in the region.

Goals

Develop the physical, mental and technical skills of each player. Work on the notion of position and role. Introduction to weight training in winter.
